RETRO TECH gets going

As someone always interested in the future of the past, I am looking forward to participating in this event: Join the Georgia Tech Library retroTECH Lab and the Georgia Tech Game Archaeology Lab for Digital Pasts, Digital Futures at Georgia Tech -- a speaker series that brings the community together for interdisciplinary conversations about the histories and futures of hardware, software, video games and digital culture.   Held Tuesday, Aug. 30 from 11a.m. to noon in Clough 205, the first event will feature:  Dr. Richard Utz, Chair and Professor, School of Literature, Media, and Communication; Dr. Laine Nooney, Director of the Game Archaeology Lab and Assistant Professor, School of Literature, Media, and Communication; Bruce Henson, Associate Dean of Libraries, Research & Learning Services; and the members of the Georgia Tech Library retroTECH Team.
